Nutrition
You don't need a diet. You need to eat food.
Most food advice is a rulebook you’ll quit by Thursday. The version that actually sticks is shorter: eat mostly protein and plants, and stop drinking your calories.
Protein is the one you’ll feel fastest — it keeps you full, and full people don’t spend the afternoon negotiating with a vending machine. Liquid sugar is the one to cut first, because it’s the only thing on this list you can remove without replacing.
Nothing here asks you to weigh anything or earn your dinner.
- Protein at every meal — a palm-sized portion, minimum
- If the ingredients list is longer than your hand, have it half as often
- Drink water, coffee, or tea. Not calories.
